Patrick Romain

Patrick Romain is an accomplished attorney and managing director with extensive experience in technology risk management and intellectual property law. With a career spanning multiple high-profile organizations, including Morgan Stanley and Barclays PLC, Patrick has led global teams in developing and implementing strategies for technology risk governance and information security. Prior positions included roles as Chief Technology Counsel at Merrill Lynch & Co. and litigation attorney at Thacher Proffitt & Wood, where Patrick achieved significant success in litigation involving multinational corporations. An alumnus of the University of Michigan Law School and Boston University College of Engineering, Patrick holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering.
