Paul Wright

Paul Wright is currently the Executive Director and Head of EMEA Payroll at Morgan Stanley, a position held since 2023. Previously, they served as Deputy Head of EMEA Payroll Operations at the same company from 2015 to 2016. With extensive experience in the payroll sector, they were also the Head of EMEA Payroll and HR Shared Services at State Street from 2018 to 2023 and worked as the International Payroll Manager at NBCUniversal Media, LLC from 2013 to 2015. Earlier in their career, Paul contributed to the payroll team at Barclays Capital as the Head of UK Payroll and was involved in implementing RTI across UK payrolls while at Barclays Group.
