Phoebe Chen

Phoebe Chen is a seasoned professional in the fintech and digital assets sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Firmwide Innovation at Morgan Stanley. They previously held significant roles at Bloomberg LP, where they managed a team and led a $76M book of business, achieving substantial revenue growth. Prior to Bloomberg, they gained valuable experience through internships at UBS and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as serving as a Management Associate at DBS Bank. Phoebe holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and is also pursuing a Master's degree at Keio University.
