Roy Lam

Roy Lam is a seasoned human resources professional with a diverse background in compensation and benefits, process enablement, and HR consulting. Roy began a career in HR with internships at the Asia Society Hong Kong Center and Pernod Ricard, followed by a role as a Human Resources Analyst at CICC, where responsibilities included payroll administration and regional HR policy tasks. Subsequently, Roy served as an HR Solutions Specialist at Morgan Stanley, focusing on process documentation and redesign. Most recently, Roy held the position of Senior Consultant at EY, concentrating on HR product delivery, transformation, and rewards. Roy holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from City University of Hong Kong.
