Shayan Malad

Shayan Malad is the Executive Director in the infrastructure franchise at Morgan Stanley, a position held since 2025. Previously, Shayan worked as a legal secondee at National Australia Bank and HSBC, gaining experience in corporate banking and real estate finance. Shayan also served as a trainee solicitor and associate at CMS UK and White & Case LLP, respectively. Shayan holds a BA Hons in Law and Business Studies from the University of Warwick and an LLM in International Legal Practice from the University of Law (Moorgate), along with an Islamic Finance Qualification from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
