Simone Howard

Simone Howard is the EMEA Employee Engagement Director at Morgan Stanley, where they focus on fostering employee engagement across the region. With extensive experience in social initiatives, Simone previously served as the Sustainability Programme Manager for Education at Investec. They have also held roles with organizations like the Terrence Higgins Trust and VSO, enhancing volunteer coordination and support for social issues. Simone earned a BA Hons in Business Studies with Economics from the University of the West of England and a Master's degree in International Development, Education, and Health Promotion from UCL.
