Steff Carr

Steff Carr currently serves as an Associate in Credit Structuring within the Securitized Products Group at Morgan Stanley since May 2025. Prior to this role, Steff was with Dimension Energy from March 2022 to April 2025, managing M&A Channel Operations and focusing on improving efficiency in the M&A function. Steff's experience in mergers and acquisitions includes various positions at Ecogy Energy, where roles included Senior Associate and Associate from July 2020 to February 2022, along with a background in corporate sales at Equinox and as a paralegal at Scarola Zubatov Schaffzin PLLC. Steff started academic pursuits at Harvard University, earning an A.B. in Physics with a Secondary Field in Modern Middle Eastern Studies, and completed a Postbaccalaureate Program at Columbia University in Ecology, Evolution, and Environmental Biology. Early educational accolades include being an AP Scholar with Distinction at The Pingry School.
