Thomas Lepers

Thomas Lepers is the Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where they serve as the Head of EMEA Model Risk Management and Global Head of Traded Risk Model Risk Management since 2016. Prior to this role, they worked as a Quantitative Analyst at Deutsche Bank from 2010 to 2015, focusing on model validation and tool development for credit risk. Thomas earned a Master’s degree in Theoretical Physics from École normale supérieure de Lyon and completed a PhD in Theoretical Physics at Université Lyon 1, where their research centered on BEC-BCS crossover and thermal field theory.
