Walt Chen

Walt Chen has over 16 years of experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as an Associate at Morgan Stanley since July 2011. In this role, Walt actively contributes as a core engineer and team leader within the Enterprise Computing department, focusing on the development of capacity and performance management systems as well as PaaS-related services. Prior to this position, Walt was a Software Engineer at Cisco Systems from April 2007 to July 2011, where responsibilities included designing and developing integrated DLP systems to protect intellectual property, alongside substantial experience in system deployment, maintenance, and upgrades. Walt holds a Master’s Degree in Network Security and a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, completed in 2007 and 2004, respectively.
