Will Denker

Will Denker is the Executive Director of U.S. Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement at Morgan Stanley, a position held since 2022. They have amassed extensive legal experience, including roles as an Associate at Milbank LLP from 2014 to 2022 and as a Student Prosecutor at the United States Attorneys' Office, Eastern District of New York in 2011. Will has also completed internships with notable judges, including at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the Southern District of New York. They earned a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School in 2012 and are currently engaged in Harvard Law School Executive Education.
