Carlos Cabrera

Carlos Cabrera is an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in construction management, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore and an Associate degree from Montgomery College. With a progressive career in the construction industry, Carlos has served as Project Manager at Morgan-Keller Construction since July 2020, after holding similar positions at Chesapeake Contracting Group, Skanska USA, and Grunley Construction.
