MorganPeak is an advisory and capability development firm focused on helping organisations unlock growth, strengthen partnerships and build sustainable capability.

We work at the intersection of commercial strategy and human capability — helping institutions close the gap between their strategic ambitions and the commercial performance of their client-facing teams.

Our work sits across three interconnected areas:

Strategic Advisory — working with boards and executive teams on commercial transformation, sector coverage models, revenue diversification strategy and the institutional frameworks required to compete at the highest level of African banking.

Partnerships – facilitating funding and strategic relationships, collaboration opportunities and institutional connections that enable growth.

Capability Transformation — building the sector intelligence, leadership coaching, client engagement skills and strategic thinking of client-facing teams across retail, commercial, corporate and institutional banking — at the scale and depth that creates measurable revenue impact.

MorganPeak has worked with nearly 1000 financial professionals across Nigeria's leading financial institutions. Every institution we have worked with has returned.

Our founder, Jumoke Adejumobi-Owodunni, brings over two decades of senior executive banking experience, including as Deputy General Manager and Head of Financial Institutions Coverage for West Africa at Standard Bank Group and Stanbic IBTC Bank to every engagement.

We do not deliver generic interventions. We build the commercial capability that financial institutions need to grow revenue, be profitable and compete at the level their ambitions demand.
