Morland Capital Partners is headed up by Mat Morris and Matt Sandford. With decades of experience in the construction and the telecommunications industry between them, they decided to create Morland Capital Partners, which brings together the very best experts from around the country in land promotion, strategic planning and development.

Morland Capital Partners effectively provide the investment, planning consultancy, technical expertise and partnership with the correct selling agents for each project. Our focus is to deliver the land through the very complex and often protracted local plan & local development plan processes, to achieve an allocation with the local planning authority.

We will also fund and manage VSC (very special circumstances) planning applications, that are usually required for greenbelt release or contrary to policy planning applications.
