What is Morning BEAT? 
Starting up in January 2017, we decided that Oslo was finally ready for a different way of celebrating life. Morning BEAT stands for a more conscious way of living, community building, physical, mental and spiritual health, creativity and freedom of expression.

How do we operate? 
We choose beautiful and open locations and book not only Oslo's, but also some of Norway's finest DJs. We integrate yoga into each event. This combination brings in people from all over, who are looking for drug-free, conscious, movement-based and community-focussed happenings.

We start at 07:00 in the morning. We dance, chat, laugh, offer healthy food and drinks, build community, do yoga and head off to work; all by 10:00 AM. There's no better way to start the day!
