Bob Mann

President, Sustainalytics at Morningstar

Bob Mann is the current President of Sustainalytics at Morningstar. Bob has held this position since April of 2007. Prior to their current role, Bob served as the Managing Director of York Sustainable Enterprise Consultants from September 2006 to December 2007. In this role, Bob was responsible for providing research and advisory services in the area of sustainable business.

Bob has also worked as an Associate for the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Team at Deloitte Consulting from April 2007 to March 2008. In this role, Bob helped clients assess where they could create economic value by linking shareholders and stakeholders. Additionally, Bob structured stakeholder engagement, KPI development, sustainability reporting processes for the GRI G3 Guidelines, ratings and rankings, and completed competitor analysis that focused on sustainability performance.

Bob Mann has dedicated their career to promoting responsible business strategies and practices that advance social, environmental and economic sustainability. Bob is an expert in the field of sustainable business and has a wealth of experience in environmental consulting, strategic planning, finance, planning, waste management, sustainable/renewable energy, project management, and industrial design.

Bob Mann attended the Schulich School of Business at York University, where they earned their MBA in finance and sustainability. Bob also holds a MA in economics from the University of Toronto.
