Melissa Gigliotti is a Director of Demand Planning with over nine years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain management across global DTC and wholesale organizations. Currently, Melissa serves as the Global Director of Demand Planning at Morphe, where they oversee demand planning for over 30 vendor brands and manage the launch of new brands in the beauty and wellness sectors. Melissa previously held various roles at Macy's, contributing significantly to financial planning and inventory management. They hold a BBA in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and have held leadership positions in the Mu Kappa Tau Professional Honorary Marketing Society.
