Joseph Miller

Joseph is primarily focused on sourcing new investments, fund management, and working with portfolio companies. He has been a Managing Director of Europlay Capital Advisors with focus on technology, media, telecommunications and life sciences sectors since 2003. He currently serves as a board member or board observer of several portfolio companies, including Bridg, Wire and Sidecar Health.

Following the 2009 buyout of Skype, Joseph was a member of the Audit Committee and Governance Committees of the Board of Directors of Skype. Previously, Joseph was a Senior Vice President of Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin’s Entertainment & Media Industries Group. Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey, he was Vice President of Corporate Development at Alliance Communications Corporation, Canada’s largest independent producer and distributor of filmed entertainment.
