Martin Kelterer

Martin Kelterer's work experience includes a range of leadership roles spanning over several companies. Martin is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Morpheus Space starting from August 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at Mercedes-Benz AG from 1996 to 2022, including roles such as Head of Production Engines, Head of Engineering Mercedes-Benz Van, and Production and Site Manager at Mercedes-Benz Werk Düsseldorf. Martin also served as the Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Ludwigsfelde GmbH and held leadership positions in small series production and chassis assembly for the A- and B-Class models. Additionally, Martin Kelterer served on the board of Industriekreis Düsseldorf and Zukunft durch Industrie NRW. Martin started their career at Fraunhofer IPA, where they worked at the Institute for Production Technology and Automation from 1993 to 1996.

Martin Kelterer's education history begins in 1985 when they enrolled at the University of Stuttgart. Martin pursued a degree in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik and successfully graduated with a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.). After completing their degree, Martin joined the Fraunhofer Gesellschaft IPA in 1993 as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter. Martin specialized in Servicerobotics / Mobile Robots and continues to work in this field with the institution.
