Taylor Blanchard

Taylor Blanchard, PE, is a licensed civil engineer and Principal at Morphic Development in McKinney, Texas. With over a decade of experience, Taylor has focused on planning, designing, permitting, and managing various master-planned communities and public works projects in Central and North Texas. Previously, Taylor served as a Project Manager at Spiars Engineering and held project engineering roles at Walker Partners Engineers and Jones|Carter. Additionally, Taylor is an advisory board member for both Rehab Warriors and the University of Texas at Tyler, and is dedicated to training U.S. warfighters in real estate development and construction management.
