Eric Vardon has over two decades of experience in the business industry. In 2001, they became the President and CEO of Velocity Studio. Three years later, they took on the role of President and CEO of allmaple apparel. In 2008, they were an Account Director at RedRhino Inc. In 2011, they Co-Founded Arcane, where they were the President and Chief Executive Officer. In 2017, they were an Advisor for MaxLiving. In 2018, they became a Member of the Forbes Agency Council, and Co-Founded Hawke AI, where they were the Chief Executive Officer. In 2020, they became an Advisor for xGrowth and Republix.

Eric Vardon attended Fanshawe College from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Commercial and Advertising Art. Eric then returned to Fanshawe College from 1999 to 2000 to study Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.
