Hanni Barry has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2006, they began their career as a testing engineer at Aternity, where they worked until 2008. Following that, they joined Eastman Kodak as a testing engineer in the BWF group and stayed until 2010. After this, Hanni joined Varonis in 2011 and held multiple positions, starting as a QA team leader and later becoming a QA application group leader. During their time at Varonis, they focused on improving product reliability, testing lifecycle, and effort estimation accuracy.

In 2014, Hanni transitioned to the role of a product manager at Varonis, where they developed strategies to broaden customer reach and enhance market fit. They also optimized roadmap balance and engaged with customers to communicate the product vision and strategy. In 2015, Hanni became a senior product manager and led the conception to release of a B2B Cyber Security product that generated significant revenue and had a wide customer base. They also rebuilt an on-premise product as a cloud SaaS, setting and meeting performance and cost KPIs.

In 2023, Hanni joined BitSight as a senior product manager, where they were responsible for the Cyber Risk Quantification product. Due to company site closure, their tenure at BitSight was short. They managed the day-to-day operations of the engineering team and played a key role in the launch of a major new feature.

In the same year, Hanni joined Morphisec as a senior product manager. They successfully contributed to the creation and launch of a new user interface, including integrating the Linux offering. They also implemented user analytics to gather insights for product enhancements and optimizations.

Barry's undergraduate education also took place at Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Bsc in Computer Engineering from 1999 to 2005, with a focus on the field of study being Computer Science. In addition to formal education, Barry obtained a certification called "Introducing Semantic Kernel: Building AI-Based Apps" from LinkedIn in June 2023.
