Calley Hirsch has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Calley has held various roles in different companies since 2000. Calley'smost recent position was as the Vice President of Preclinical Development at Morphocell Technologies. Prior to that, they worked as a Co-Founder and Director at weCANdev Consulting Group Inc. Calley also co-founded Cell&Gene Tx Stealth Co. In 2021, they served as the Senior Director of Translational Sciences and the Director of Cell Therapy Development at Artisan Biotechnologies. Calley has also worked at BlueRock Therapeutics, CCRM, Mount Sinai Hospital, The Samuel Lunenfeld Research Institute, MD Anderson Cancer Center, Saskatchewan Cancer Agency, and the University of Saskatchewan. Calley has experience in a wide range of research techniques and has managed and mentored teams during their career.

Calley Hirsch earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Saskatchewan in 2001, and later pursued a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the same institution, completing it in 2007.
