Simon Zadek is a senior fellow at The Paulson Institute (2024–Present) and the founder and managing partner of Morphosis (2025–Present), a climate adaptation solutions business. Morphosis is described as a transformative adaptation solutions business for the climate-impacted world beyond 1.5°C, aiming to catalyse and deliver adaptation at scale for low- to middle-income households in vulnerable regions. They chaired the Finance for Biodiversity Initiative (2019–2022) and held roles at NatureFinance including Executive Director (2019–2023), Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Senior Advisor. They previously served as the Sherpa to the UN Secretary-General's Task Force on Digital Financing of the Sustainable Development Goals, until recently.
