Tom Rinke

Tom Rinke has extensive work experience in the engineering and management field. Tom most recently worked at Morrell Group as an Advanced Engineering Manager starting in December 2020. Prior to that, Tom worked at Jacobs where they held various roles including Senior Mechanical Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Project Manager II from 2017 to 2020.

During their career, Tom also worked as a Level 1 Trainer at CrossFit, LLC from 2015 to 2020, an Application Engineer at Shaltz Automation from 2016 to 2017, and a Mechanical Engineer at Prefix Corporation from 2015 to 2016.

Before that, Tom gained experience at Arrow Racing Engines as a Mechanical Engineer from 2011 to 2015, contributing to engine and equipment design and providing engineering and project management support. Tom also worked at Machine Worx, LLC as an Owner and Vice President from 2006 to 2011, managing daily engineering operations and designing test systems for various customers.

Tom's earlier experience includes working at Vehicle Research and Development, Inc. as a General Manager and Engineering Manager, overseeing powertrain and physical test laboratories and managing a staff of thirty employees from 1998 to 2006. Tom also worked as a Project Engineer and started their career as an Engineering Intern at the same company from 1986 to 1998.

Tom Rinke attended Almont High School from 1984 to 1988. Tom then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oakland University from 1994 to 1995. In 2005 and 2006, Tom attended Landmark Education for leadership training. Throughout their education, Tom specialized in areas such as Automotive Engineering and Control Systems.
