Simon Cordingley

Simon Cordingley is currently the Group Procurement Director at Morris Homes Ltd, a position held since 2021. Previously, Simon served as Procurement Manager and later as Group Procurement Manager at the same company from 2007 to 2009. Prior to joining Morris Homes, Simon gained valuable experience at Countryside Properties plc, where roles included Buyer and Associate Director (Buying) from 1999 to 2000, and at Norwest Holst as a Buyer from 1996 to 1999. Simon holds an HND in Building Studies from Salford University, completed in 1996.
