Jacqui Stapleton

Jacqui Stapleton is an experienced People and Culture professional with a robust history in various HR leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the People & Culture Lead at MORRISON since August 2025, Jacqui previously held the position of Global Head of People and Culture at Pollination, where leadership extended to supporting a worldwide workforce. With additional experience as Head of Human Resources and Talent and Culture Director at Pollination, Jacqui has consistently driven employee engagement, developed growth frameworks, and implemented strategic HR initiatives. Prior to that, Jacqui contributed to the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation as Strategic HR Lead and held various HR roles in HealthShare NSW, Ministry of Health NSW, and Raytheon Australia. Jacqui holds a Master of International Security Studies from Macquarie University and has additional qualifications in Project Management and International Business.
