Sara Arhaim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic operations, compliance, and policy development. Currently serving as the Executive Director and Strategic Operations Director at MORRISON since July 2018, Sara has also been a Director on the Wellington Conservation Board since July 2020, providing guidance on local conservation matters. Previous roles include Principal Advisor at the Ministry of Justice - New Zealand, Head of Compliance at Green Investment Group, Senior Risk and Compliance Consultant at Lumina Consultants Limited, and various positions at PwC and the Reserve Bank of New Zealand focusing on regulatory compliance and policy analysis. Sara holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA) from Victoria University of Wellington.
