Steven Proctor

Steven Proctor has been working in the infrastructure sector since 1995 and currently serves as the Executive Director of the PIP Fund at HRL Morrison & Co. Throughout their career, Steven has held various roles, including Lead Arranging banker and Financial Advisor, and has specialized in investments across multiple sectors such as railways, renewable power, and public-private transactions. Prior to joining HRL Morrison & Co, they worked at notable firms like Henderson Global Investors and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Steven holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of St Andrews, which they obtained in 1991.
