Andrew Graham has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the legal and compliance fields. Andrew is currently serving as the Head of Compliance at H.R.L. Morrison & Co since July 2023. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Macquarie Group for over 7 years, starting in July 2015 as the Regional Head of Compliance, Asia - Macquarie Asset Management. At Macquarie, they led the MAM Business Compliance team across licensed entities in multiple countries and held various compliance roles, including Manager-in-Charge of Compliance for Types 1, 4, 6, and 9 licenses in Hong Kong. Before their time at Macquarie, Andrew worked as an Of Counsel at Atsumi & Sakai, advising clients on fund investments and Japan PFI initiatives. Andrew also worked at Nomura for 6 years in roles such as the Infrastructure Advisory Group and Legal Counsel, Global Markets Transaction Legal. Andrew started their career at Lehman Brothers as a Legal Counsel, Capital Markets and later worked at Flower and Hart Lawyers as an Articled Clerk/Solicitor.

Andrew Graham has a diverse education history. Andrew first attended The University of Queensland from 1995 to 1999, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) with a focus on Accounting and Finance. Following this, Andrew pursued further education and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA, from 2004 to 2006. In 2011, they enrolled in Kaplan Professional and completed their Masters of Applied Finance and Investment in 2013. Andrew also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism and Media, which they earned from The University of Queensland from 1993 to 1996.

In addition to their extensive academic accomplishments, Andrew has obtained several certifications. In 2002, they became a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland through the Queensland Law Society. Furthermore, they acquired the Class 1 Sales Representative certification and the Internal Control Manager designation in September 2012 from the Japan Securities Dealers Association. Finally, in July 2014, they successfully completed the N2 Japanese Language Proficiency Test administered by The Japan Foundation.
