María Castro

Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana focuses on promoting organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Concurrently, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario since January 2016. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, work as a Nutritionist in a private clinic, and a role as a university lecturer teaching applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Educationally, Mariana holds a licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México and completed a diploma in Business Administration and Management at Universidad Anahuac Online.
