Dean Bailey

Dean Bailey has accumulated extensive experience in human resources and employee relations, serving in various capacities over the years. Currently, Dean holds the position of HR & ER Business Partner and previously served as an Employee Relations Specialist at Morrison Data Services since May 2021. Prior to this role, Dean worked as an Employee Relations Advisor at npower from January 2018 to May 2021. Dean also gained valuable expertise as an HR Advisor at Home Group from February 2017 to January 2018 and continued this role at LSL Property Services plc from February 2014 to February 2017.
