Mark Phillips

Mark Phillips is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of RICS, MCIArb, and MCinstCES, with over 30 years of experience in diverse sectors including Rail, Power, Utilities, and large New Build developments. They have held various roles, such as Portfolio Manager at Morrison Energy Services and Head of Commercial at Ethical Power, leading teams in commercial management and contract negotiations. Mark has contributed to academic settings as a part-time lecturer on Modern Procurement and has held senior positions across several notable companies, demonstrating strong expertise in procurement and collaborative working. Mark completed a BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying at the University of Glamorgan.
