Morrison Financial Services is a boutique private lender formed in 1987. Since that time, we have grown organically through the development and delivery of specialized lending products focused in markets not well serviced by traditional lending institutions. Today our group is a diversified provider of financial services to hundreds of businesses and individuals.

In 1993, Morrison Financial was the first company in Canada to advance a loan to an existing condominium corporation. CondoCorp Term Financing™ helps to provide long-term loans to condominium corporations that are in need of funds to complete major repairs to their common elements.

In 1996, Morrison Financial Mortgage Corporation was formed to provide residential and commercial mortgage-based financing for various purposes such as purchase, refinancing, renovation, and construction. Asset classes being funded include: land for development, single-family home, and multi-family development. This program is currently the major focus of growth within our organization.
