Murray Indick

Murray Indick is a partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP in the San Francisco office, serving as co-chair of the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practice since August 2015. With extensive experience in advising early stage companies, Murray focuses on addressing the business needs of both founders and investors. Prior to this role, Murray held positions as Senior Counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP from 2010 to July 2015, and as Partner and General Counsel at both Prides Capital from March 2004 to December 2010 and Blum Capital Partners from 1997 to 2004. Murray earned a JD from Georgetown University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
