Omar Pringle is a partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP, specializing in Mergers + Acquisitions and Private Equity Investments + Buyouts in the New York office since May 2020. With extensive experience advising corporates and private equity firms on high-profile M&A transactions, Omar has worked with major public companies and private equity players across diverse industries such as technology, life sciences, agriculture, aerospace, and industrials. Additionally, Omar serves as an adjunct professor at Columbia Law School since September 2019 and was a partner at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from October 2008 to May 2020.
