Todd McCafferty

Todd McCafferty has extensive work experience in the legal and human resources fields. Todd currently holds the position of Associate Director of Benefits at Morrison Foerster, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Todd worked at White & Case LLP, where they served as a Senior Benefits Governance Manager from 2022 to 2023, a Senior Benefits Manager from 2021 to 2022, an HR Compliance and Governance Manager from 2020 to 2020, and a Benefits Compliance and Communications Manager from 2014 to 2020. Before joining White & Case LLP, Todd worked at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson LLP as an Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Associate Attorney from 2007 to 2014. Todd began their career at OverDrive, Inc. as a Conversion Specialist and E-book Editor from 2003 to 2004.

Todd McCafferty attended Ohio Wesleyan University from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor's Degree in English. Todd then pursued a Juris Doctorate at The George Washington University Law School from 2004 to 2007.
