Mark Pomeroy

Mark Pomeroy currently serves as the Ontario Ecology Practice Lead at Morrison Hershfield since December 2023. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Senior Project Manager and Ecologist at WSP from 2021 to December 2023, and served as Senior Ecologist and Manager at AECOM from September 2017 to June 2021. Mark's career also includes experience as a Project Manager/Biologist at Stantec from May 2005 to August 2017, and a Fish Biologist at Fisheries and Oceans Canada in 2004, where responsibilities included assessing projects under the Fisheries Act. Additionally, Mark worked as a Fisheries Biologist at St. Clair Region Conservation Authority in 2004 and as a Laboratory Technician at St. Francis Xavier University from 2003 to 2004. Earlier experience includes serving as a Drain Assessment Technician at Grand River Conservation Authority from 1998 to 2001. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Natural Resources Management from the University of Guelph, obtained between 1994 and 2000.
