Tom Lambert

Tom Lambert is an experienced professional in streetworks management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at M Group since April 2025. Previously, Tom held the position of National Streetworks Manager at Morrison Water Services since April 2021, also serving in a similar role at Morrison Energy Services in 2021. Prior to that, Tom spent nearly 18 years as General Manager Streetworks for Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions, responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements on the Public Highway and overseeing strategy and policy for streetworks. Tom's career began in legal services as a Legal Executive from 1985 to 1988, followed by a significant tenure at EDF Energy from 1990 to 2003, where responsibilities included managing street works in the Anglian region during the implementation of NRSWA and TMA. Education was completed at North Walsham High.
