Alan Butler

Alan Butler is an accomplished management professional with extensive experience in retail and event organization. Currently serving as Managing Director at Ballantine Flies since January 2019 and General Manager at Morrisons since September 2016, Alan has a proven track record in driving sales and profitability, particularly during tenure as Regional Manager at BHS. Throughout a diverse career, including significant roles at Arcadia Group Ltd where Alan led the development of BHS Food Stores, and as Director for Crieff Highland Gathering Limited, one of Scotland's premier Highland Games, Alan has demonstrated strong leadership and a passion for fostering team culture. Alan holds a 2.1 Hons degree in Accounting from the University of Dundee and has previously contributed to community initiatives as a Steering Group Member for Crieff Community Trust.
