Chris Goodwin

Chris Goodwin has a diverse background in warehouse operations and talent coordination, currently serving as a Regional Talent Coordinator at Lidl GB since August 2018, after roles as an Assistant Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Regional Training Coordinator at Asda toyou from April 2017 to August 2018 and previously as Training Manager at Asda from March 2014 to April 2016. In the role of Training Manager, Chris Goodwin was responsible for organizing and conducting training programs for warehouse colleagues, covering various aspects such as inductions and mechanical handling equipment operations, while adhering to budget constraints.
