John Finlay has extensive experience in retail and supply chain management, having worked at Morrisons since April 1998 in various capacities, including Trading Manager and Supply Chain Manager where systems and processes were improved for efficiency in range changes and stock management. Additionally, John successfully led the transition from legacy systems to new software solutions and facilitated user support and maintenance. Prior to these roles, John acted as Merchandising Project Manager and Merchandiser, enhancing processes for planograms and assortment ranges. Since April 2012, John has been the Owner and Designer at Yorkshire 3D Printing, driven by a passion for FDM printing and problem-solving through custom designs. Currently, John is pursuing an Associate Project Manager degree at Paragon Skills, following an earlier education at Leeds Beckett University.
