Leanne Bower

Leanne Bower is a Senior Employee Relations Manager at Morrisons, where they oversee retail and logistics operations. Leanne has held various roles at Morrisons since 2011, starting as a Management Trainee in a Sponsored Degree Programme and progressing to positions such as HR Business Partner and Employee Relations Specialist. They have also been involved in graduate recruitment and policy advisory roles, managing employment tribunal cases and advising on employee relations issues. Leanne is currently pursuing a CIPD qualification at Leeds City College.
