Lee Arnold

Lee Arnold is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people management and human resources roles across various industries. Currently serving as a People Manager at Morrisons since August 2022, Lee has previously held significant positions such as HR Site Leader at Chromalloy from July 2018 to August 2022, and Lead HR Business Partner at National Oilwell Varco from March 2016 to July 2018. Lee's career began at Caterpillar Inc., where responsibilities included HR Project Manager and HR Business Partner Supervisor from February 2001 to February 2016. A graduate of Nottingham University Business School, Lee obtained a degree in Human Resource Management between 2006 and 2008.
