Mark Bushell

Mark Bushell has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as a Store Manager at Morrisons since September 2017, after progressing through various managerial roles including Operations Manager and Senior Manager in Trading and Service. Prior to this, Mark worked at The Midcounties Co-operative from October 2011 to September 2017 as District Manager, overseeing sixteen stores and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Earlier roles included Store Manager and Assistant Manager, where key responsibilities encompassed staff management, stock control, and sales strategies. Mark's experience began at Perrys Motors as Site Administrator, complemented by a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design from the University of Lincoln and a BTEC National Diploma in Art and Design from Oxford and Cherwell Valley College.
