Peter Hayward

Peter Hayward is an engineer currently working within the Facilities team at a food manufacturing factory, focusing on maintenance, safety tours, and engineering risk assessments. Prior to this role, they gained diverse experience in safety, health, and environmental roles, as well as various engineering positions, including a mechanical systems technician. Peter has a strong educational background, holding an MSc in Manufacturing Management and Technology from The Open University and pursuing additional certifications in health and safety. Previously, they managed engineering budgets and coordinated training and audits across multiple sites.
