Simon Polmear is currently the Head of Commercial Operations (Logistics) at Morrisons, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this, Simon served at Sainsbury's for over a decade, where roles included Head of Supply Chain & Logistics Strategy & Change and Head of Transport Development, leading significant transformational projects to enhance logistics efficiency and cost savings. Earlier experience includes serving as a Business Development Manager at Wincanton and holding operational roles at Bibby Distribution. Simon holds a BSc Honours degree in Technology Management from the University of Sunderland.
