Stuart Kempster is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in people management within the retail sector, currently serving as the Head of People - Retail at Morrisons since May 2008. Stuart has held various leadership positions, including Head of People - Employee Relations, Change & Policy, and Senior People Manager - Retail, focusing on executing people strategies across multiple stores to align HR services with business objectives. Prior to this, Stuart worked as an HR Assistant at Stephensons Solicitors LLP and as a Personnel/Payroll Clerk at Wm Morrison Supermarkets.
