David Hoffman is currently the Director of Construction at both Morrow Construction and Carolina Multifamily Construction, focusing on multifamily development and construction across the Southeast. Prior experiences include roles as a Construction Manager at Gables Residential, a Senior Project Manager at The Hanover Company, and a Project Executive at JLB Partners. David also served as a Nuclear Mechanic in the United States Navy from 1991 to 1997 and held the position of Director of Preconstruction at Asa Carlton, Inc. from 2009 to 2013. They received their education at Auburn University from 1988 to 1991.
