Ron Pierson

Ron Pierson is an experienced construction professional with a background in project management and supervision. Currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as Assistant Superintendent at Morrow Construction since January 2021, Ron has held various roles in the construction industry, including Project Supervisor at Redwood Living/Prideone Construction, overseeing multi-family apartment ground-up constructions. Prior experience includes positions as Construction Project Supervisor at Inverness Homes, Construction Superintendent at M/I Homes, Inc., Fischer Homes, and President of Pier Construction, Inc. Additionally, Ron has managerial experience at Pierson Automotive and served as Vice President at Pier Custom Homes, Inc. Ron holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Miami University and completed high school at Fairfield High School.
