Caroline Earle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in defense analysis and policy research. Currently serving as Co-Chair of the Readiness Working Group at MORS since August 2023, Caroline has been a Research Staff Member at the Institute for Defense Analyses since January 2004, where significant contributions include leading projects on critical infrastructure risk management, military training, and organizational culture. Previous positions include an analyst role at the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and research associate at The Henry L. Stimson Center, where Caroline contributed to notable projects such as the Brahimi Report on UN Peace Operations. Early career experience at the United Nations Volunteers involved web design and external relations. Caroline holds a Master's degree in International Policy Analysis from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a Bachelor's degree in German and International Relations from Colby College.
